🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy – KidsShoppy.com

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s okay! At KidsShoppy.com, we’re committed to making returns and refunds simple, transparent, and hassle-free.


✅ Return Eligibility

You can return or exchange a product within 4–7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • The request is made within the eligible return window from the date of delivery

📦 Items like innerwear, socks, personalized products, and hygiene-related items are non-returnable for safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Your order will be replaced and exchange will delivered with in 5 to 7 days


🔁 Easy Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return
    Email us at support@kidsshoppy.com with your:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photos/videos (if the item is damaged/defective)
  2. Pickup or Drop-Off
    • Our courier partner will arrange a free pickup from your address (subject to service availability)
    • In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse
  3. Inspection & Approval
    • Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it
    • Approved returns will be processed within 3–5 business days

💰 Refunds Policy

Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference:

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery

  • Innerwear, socks, and feeding items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance Sale or Final Sale products
